Beat Twixtor Stop working

Hello I need your help I was doing a game montage I have been using Beat Twixtor for a long time  One day he stopped working One day he stopped working Or the clip freezes altogether I tried to uninstall the program, I also deleted 2019 version and  install it 2020, version I unistalled all pugins preferences In short I tried to delete everything it still does not work  Can anyone help?.
