Bending a Potion of the Image
LHS is a screen shot of a video. I want to bend the legs like in the second image. Is it possible? I tried with puppet tool but found that background also moves as well. Video is attach as well. How to do it?

To bend the leg, it needs to be on a separate background. Duplicate the layer and then create a mask or edit the image in Photoshop and create separate layers for the body parts you want to animate.
