Bezier Warp on text layer

After applying bezier warp , text layer gets blurry. I tried to precomp it, create shape layer. .still same result.

what to do?

There is nothing to do. That's just how effects work - strictly based on pixels, not the underlying vector data. There will always be artifacts. To minimize them, simply create the text larger, apply the effect, pre-compose and scale it down.
