Big Red X when adding a Effect from a Plugin

Hello. Im a new Ae Editor (i switched from Videostar) and i heard about Plugins. I downloaded Twixtor, Red Bullet and Sapphire. When i tried to add a effect from Sapphire there was a Big Red X all over my clip. I also tried to uninstall Sapphire and then install it again but it didnt worked 😞
