Black Background

In the video below, their face is covered and only the mouth is showing. Can I get this effect in After Effects if I wear a black mask in front of a green screen and basically turn the screen black? I hope the question is easy to understand. The video is below.

I would guess you can do it in After Effects. You need to set a track matte around the face mouth and do the tracking. The movie seems to be divided into some layers which are a noodle part, a mouth part and a hand part.
