black preview screen problem at AE

hey, I'm working with AE for one year now and suddenly the preview screen turned black...

I have tried to purge, this is not the eye problem or zoom in problem, and now I'm lost...

I even tried to uninstall and re-install the app, but it still didn't work...

PLEASE HELP!
