black screen in after effects

i have a proplem with boa plugin - its plugin for bend the image on the path -

when i use it i have black screen and always i need to re ram preview

i use mercury gpu cuda

and try use software only and its same proplem

in the screen shot some layer with boa are blinking and the other dosent show

i have 8 gb memory of gpu gtx 1080

and 32 gb of ram

What's the exact version of After Effects you're using? I'd recommend you making sure that the plug-in is compatible with the version of After Effects you're using.

i was used 2019 and updated to 2020 recently and both of them same proplem
