Black screen problem in AE

Quando importa video o immagini c'è sempre una schermata nera. Sono andato su File> Impostazioni progetto> Rendering video ed effetti> Usa solo software Mercury e non è cambiato nulla. Ho bisogno della risposta il prima possibile.

E poiché non abbiamo informazioni sufficienti, posso suggerirti di aggiornare After Effects il più possibile, aggiornare i driver della GPU, aggiornare il tuo sistema operativo, ripristinare le preferenze, fare doppio clic sulla sequenza nel pannello Progetto, ecc.
