Blank prompts for import and export

Hi!

I use AE2023 on a Monteray 12.0.1 MacBook Pro w 16 gb ram.

When trying to export or import the prompts all are blank except for the ocasional rolldown menu.

I can't name my files or anything. Very frustrating and I need help. Have had my project open for several days now becaus I cant save my progress.
