Blender 3D & After Effects Live Link with/without any plugin?

Please help me how to link Blender 3D animation project into After Effects for compositing and element addition (like Autodesk Maya LiveLink for After Effects)

    Hi there,

     

    Thanks for reaching out.

    At the moment, there’s no true “live link” between Blender and After Effects without using plugins or external tools.

    Here's the workaround:

    1. Exporting assets from Blender as OBJ, FBX, GLTF, or GLB, then importing into AE. You can import Cameras and Lights as well.

    2. Using Blender’s .jsx exporter to send cameras/nulls into AE.
