Blur with Squatch and Stretch plugin

I believe Squash and Stretch adds one of the warp effects to your layers, which means they have to be rasterized. Enabling the Continuously Rasterize switch will change the order things are rendered in After Effects and will screw up this effect. If you want sharper layers and warp them, you're going to have to bring them in at a higher resolution.
