Blurred Preview

When i play a clip, the preview is blurred.not only one comp Every comp is blurred i really need to fix this! plz help

As Mylenium mentioned. Please share a screenshot of the After Effects interface (do not crop) so that we can understand and troubleshoot the issue properly.

That realyl doesn't tell us anything if you don't provide any info about exact preview settings, your composition contents, your computer and so on. Simply sounds like you have adaptive resolution enabled and your computer uses it properly when it can't render stuff at full res due to lack of processing power and other factors. You may want to read the help on these things. Everything else will require specific info.
