Boris FX Mocha "Bad argument provided"

Hi I am new to using the Boris FX Mocha and when I open it I am getting a message stating 'Bad Argument Provided' and I am unable to see my clip.  I am using After Effects CC 2021.  Can anyone help?

Check that your footage in after effects has not been time remapped or reversed.

    Would you try to clear your cache? If it does not work, you also post this issue to Boris FX forum. They help you.
