Both Ae and Pr fail to install on my mac studio

Just recieved my new mac studio and try to install after effects and premiere pro via creative cloud. Both error occured.

I have tried to re-install the creative cloud, same error again though.

Fyi, media encoder, photoshop and illustrator installed successfully.

I also tried to reset the mac and re-install the os, but didn't help.

Anyone can solve my problems
