Bounding Box & Cursor

I want to paste a text paragraph in the bounding box but Cursor comes outside the bounding box. How to fix it? Video is attached.

For those that want to know what the problem was, the Baseline shift moved the text up by 48 pixels. Baseline Shift is in the Character panel. It should be set to zero when you drag out a text area with the type tool.

Your solution may be for a different issue. My one is different one. I press the ENTER key then cursor moved into the bounding box.
