Bridge Text Animation template in AE

Bridge Text-Animation Template does not open with AE. I've tried everything incl reinstallation, but error 1§0 always appears. Can somebody help please?

This is a known issue. You can only apply presets directly via the Effects & Presets palette or the respective menu commands. The Bridge stuff is busted (again after it was barely fixed for two versions).

It does not work via the palette either. it also does not work if i rightklick on the preset in bridge an hit "open in AE". 

I also know this issue scince years and nobody is able to fix this?
