Is anyone know how to fix this thing? It wont remove it since i did everything but didnt work

At a guess, I'd suggest that you've somehow closed all the other panels.  If you go to Window > Workspace, you can switch to a different panel layout and then you should be able to get AE back to the way you like.

Thx for that but unfortunately it wont work since all of workshop are closed
