Bug: Video Loads Defectively

Hey fellas,

For some reason,

When I import a video file, doesn't matter which one, it shows defectivley, with green screen and dots and other glitches, as you can see in the attached video:

 

Someone has any idea why is it happening?

It's the first time it ever happened to me.

Same like the gazillion other similar posts here on this forum: Update your graphics driver, check your hardware acceleration settings.
