bugs à l'export

Bonjour,

j'ai un problème d'export sur un projet.

Ce projet est sur un PC et exporte correctement.

Nouvelle machine flambant neuve, tous les élements sont importés dans le nouveau disque dur, le projet s'ouvre, les médias sont bien reliés, pas de message d'alerte, et à l'export des flashs verts apparaissent aléatoirement sur l'un des élements de la composition. Les élements ont été réencodés, de nouveau glissés dans la composition et bim, même problème. Est ce que quelqu'un a une idée?

Without any info about the actual project contents, render settings and so on we can't tell you much. Stuff going green or pink usualyl simply means your hardware acceleration isn't working correctly, so start with the usual steps: Update your systems graphics driver, configure it suitably and also check the relevant settings in AE and AME. Anything beyond that will require more info.

    Hello Mylenium,

    The problem is still the same, we changed the the rendering effects tools from Mercury software to acceleration GPU and there was no change.

    The GPU is a brand new MSI GeForce GT 710, and the processor is a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, I think that's enough for After, don't you think?
