Bunch of videos clips to appear at different times?

I have a bunch of video clips that I want to appear everyone second at random times over 15 seconds with a white flash how would I do that?

Create the fade and flash animation on one layer, save an animation preset and apply it to the otehr layers (or copy & paste directly), push around the keyframes to get different timing. No need for anything fancier than that.
