buying a PC for after effects

Question

Hello! I am looking into pcs for after effects, and I have been attempting to do research but still want to make sure before I make a purchase. Just a note, I don't plan on doing a lot of 3d, just mostly animating. I was wondering if this pc would work wih After Effects?

You need a dedicated graphics card with at least 2 GB VRAM to meet the minimum requirements.

That computer doesn't have one.
