C4D import issue

I rendered a png sequence in C4D. 25 fps and 200 frames = 8 seconds right?  So why when i open it in after effects which is also 25 fps its only about 6.5 seconds? I cant figure out why.  Ive attached my c4d render settings.  ANy idea what im doing wrong?

how do i edit topics here?  is it not possible?  I just noticed that in after effects in the project panel it says 30 fps?!?  But as you can see thats not what my render settings are in C4D. WHy would after effects be seeing it as 30?
