Caching glitch

Hi, I'm trying to make an edit and I put on tracking but for some reason when I try to cache it, it just uncaches and goes in a loop. Are there any fixes for this?

Hi, the problem has been fixed. I think it was a problem of the composition duration being too long compared to the video. It also could've just been an issue of restarting my laptop. Sorry if I wasted your time, I sincerely thank you for your trying to help me.

Ok, now it doesn't even have anything to do with effects or tracking or anything. I deleted everything (except the composition) and the cache is still following the timeline bar.

When I say I put on tracking, I mean I put on motion tracking so the character stays in the center of the screen.
