Camera Mysteriously Moved Out of Sync

So I've been working on a lyric video - Using the camera, I've key framed movements, but long story short I got to the end of the first verse, went back to the beginning of the song to take a quick look at it, and somehow the positioning is completely out of whack: the Z axis has been pushed further backward than what it was originally and I didn't make any changes to it. It's like this from the chorus, up until around the middle prt of the first verse, then it's back to it's proper positioning; I haven't exited out of the program, nor have I saved it for a while; I'm wondering if there is any possible way that anyone know how to get my camera back in it's proper positioning without having to tediously go keyframe to keyframe adjusting it, OR without closing down AE and re-opening it as to not lose my work (can't recollect the moment I last saved it at)? Will a copy/paste work if I were to copy the portion that hasn't moved out of position, closed the program, re-opened it, and pasted it back into the comp? Is there a way to adjust the Z axis on dozens of different keyframes? Or will I have to just adjust the keyframes manually?

Did you keyframe just position? Or other parameters as well? maybe you Animated orientation which can cause issues.

if you want to offset multiple keyframes then simply select them and scrub the sliders.

Are you using a 2 node camera?

If you are, you may inadvertently change the Point Of Interest of the camera, particularly if you use the Track XY camera tool.

If you don't need to use POI, change to a single node camera for simplicity and ease of use.

Yup 2 Node Camera: Changed to One Node, and it didn't correct the issue; Also the point of interest is/has been key framed at different points throughout the entire animation as to properly "frame" the lyrics at the proper point on screen, I've changed it from time to time here and there adding key frames at those specific points, and I haven't noticed that it caused a problem; also, the issue is that the Z axis appears to have been altered, so instead of the lyrics being close up to the screen, they're significantly further back into Z space - although I haven't touched the values;

I always key frame all of the parameters, even if I don't adjust them, and a quick click thru all of the key frames shows that orientation is still at 0 degrees for X Y and Z axis'

Maybe your keyframes should be in automatic bezier interpolation, try selecting all keyframes, right-click and transform them to linear interpolation, and see if that's really it.  More about interpolation Keyframe interpolation in After Effects

Yes, you can select all Z-axis Keyframe and change all values to the same.

Changing the Z value to the same will be worse than what it is currently as the camera is animating at different depths throughout the video... is there a way to adjust them while simultaneously maintaining the "continuity" of all of the keyframes -i.e.: if I were to go from -4000 t0 -6000 on one key frame, could that 2000 degree change fluidly impact ALL of the other key frames but adjusting them 2000 degrees respective to whatever value they currently have independently?
