Camera Tracking Dynamic Link

Hello, After Effects 18.2.1, I am unable to use Camera Tracking, says Server Timed out finding Dynamic Link. I have Unninstalled the program, done what other forums have said, Is there a permant solution to this? I sometimes lose a whole day just trying to get it to work for it to just work tomorrow for another week then stop. Am using a 2017 Macbook Pro
