Can After Effects detect OCIO environment variable?

Hello,

We're trying to make After Effect detect the config.ocio file associated with a given project by setting the OCIO environment variable. We can't make it work however.
We are using  version 24.0.3 on Windows 10 Enterprise and we've tried setting OCIO both in the user and in the machine scope (cf. screenshot below). 

• Can After Effects detect the config.ocio file via the OCIO environment variable?
• If yes, do you have any clue about what we are doing wrong?
