Can anyone help me?

Whenever I try to play my clip it starts off normal but then it goes weird and slows down in different pitches and goes completely weird, I've tried changing the fps and the composition settings and converting it to a MOV but nothing worked and I have tried with other videos it's all the same.

Without any info about your system, preview settings, exact specs of the files and so on we can't really tell you much. that said it simply sounds you have issues with hardware acceleration stuff, not enough RAM or the disk cache is too slow and you may need to resort to RAM previews.
