E3D does not have any polygon/ vertex level transforms, so no, it can't do any of that. If you're serious about it, you have to use 3D programs with animatable object paramters, modelling functions and deformers.

And what specifically? There are no built-in functions or effects for that. You would have to use e.g. Boris FX respective 3D primitives plug-ins to simply unwrap a cone or cylinder. otherwise you would have to re-create the effect using all kids of cheat techniques like using Page Turn effects or actual 3D layers sliced into stripes to form shapes.
