Can anyone save an AE project (aep) file to previous version for me?

Can anyone help me by converting this AE template from motionarray which is created in CC 2019(ver. 16.1.2). I have only CC 2018(ver 15.0.0). Thanks in advance

(Note: I tried attaching this file but following error prevented me from doing so. Hence the link)

The attachment's Romantic Slideshow AE CC2019.aep content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed.

You can save the project as an old version from File > Save As > Save a Copy As CC. Some parameters might be reset.

I only have old version of the AE (i.e. ver 15) but I'm trying to open a file created by someone else in newer version (i.e. ver 16.1.2). so, I cannot open the file.

If you have new version of AE CC 2019, can you please save for older version like you said and send it to me?
