Can I use a Null Object to add Y Rotation on multiple front/back images at different times?

I don't have too much experience with nulls and expressions or even after-effects in general, but I feel there might be a way to do this. Can y'all help me out, please?

I'd like to have 33 different cards with front and back images flipping to the other side using y-rotation. I'd like these cards to flip at different times, and randomly zoom in on a card for a set amount of time.

Currently, I'm making pre-comps of each card and within the pre-comps, I have the Y rotations with the expressions to hide the backs for a front and back effect. On the main comp, I have a null object that zooms on certain cards, using position and scale.

I attached a video of what I have so far, each pre-comp is going from A1-a7 and b1-b6 and etc.
