Can no longer download Premiere and AE 2022

Hell all,

I just got a new computer for my work. It is a 2020 iMac but has Sonoma 14.1.1 OS installed. My work currently only uses Premiere 2022 and After Effects 2022 and has not switched to a newer version yet. However Creative Cloud does not offer older versions before 23.0. Is it forever unavailable now or is my computer too up to date to support them? If I transfer the older apps, such as Premier 2022 and After Effects  2022 from my older computer through a hard drive they do not recognize that each app is installed and Dynamic Link does not work. Is there any solution to this?
