how can i install plugin in ae cc 2017

And the plugins you are trying to install are compatible with the 2017 version? Ae 2017 is a five year old version and you probably have issues with updated plugins.

    What do you mean you can't install plugins? You've provided no information for us to help you troubleshoot... Provide these details:

     

    - PC specs

    - Error messages/logs (if applicable in this situation)

    - Steps you've taken to troubleshoot already

    - In general more information on the issue

     

    All I can tell you right now is update to CC 2022.
