Can not open windows aep.file on my mac

Hi!

we started a project on a win-AE v18 and have to continue now on a mac-AE v18.

Everything was merged to one folder correctly.

when we now try to open the project-file on my mac (AE v18.2.After Effe1), we get the following error:

>> After Effects warning: Error with file: ".

and then

>> After Effects error: file format module could not parse the file. (45 :: 36)

We havent changed the file format manually, anything is a 100% like before.

After confirming the errors with OK, it is possible to have a look into the different scences inside the project. i can see that all scenes with static stuff like text or eps.files are showing up, but scenes with animations are triggering the same error-codes over and over again. i am not sure what this could mean...

I tried to find solutions here, but could not.

Does anyone experienced the same problems and please can help us out with a solution?
