Can someone help with putting a fill in this mask?

Hey Yall Im having trouble figuring out how to add a keyframe, fill to this clip. where at the end it fills with color, I can get it keyframed with a solid color but I'm having trouble blacking out the 3 spaces in the middle of the logo... I need a way to post this looking professional so if yall could help me that would be great!

It's quite difficult to help as you've cut off how you're making the drawing.  Assuming you are using shape layers and the trim paths approach, by far the simplest method would be to duplicate the layer.  Delete all the outer shapes so you're left with just the three boxes, then add a Fill for each and remove the strokes.  Finally set its in-point to be the point where the outlines join up.   

If you're not happy with that approach, then the other option is to keyframe each boxes Fill opacity.
