Can someone point me to the right direction to create this effect?

I tried with masking a particle effect and it really didnt look great , I want the circular particles to minupilate from the left to right filling up the text constantly, is this achievable in AE?

Thanks for the reply, I did try Shatter but unfortunatelly it couldn't make the shape in little balls like the image 😞

The Shatter Effects lets you pick a custom Pattern for the shatter. You would have to make a layer to act as teh shatter pattern. If you want circles you would just make a grid of white circles and use that.
