Can't control value graph editor

Hi! While trying to transform an image, this happened to my graph editor. Somewhat somehow, there is no dots to scale the graph. There is also a red line underneath it. I'm trying to do a circle out transition, it's very hard to control the graph though. Can someone explain what is this and perhaps, help me fix it? (thanks a lot)
