Can't delete unwanted object in footage

Hello, it won't delete the object/man in my footage/frame. I got this, I followed the steps a couple of times..

You are looking at the Footage Panel. You need to be in the Composition panel to make Content aware fill work. 

 

What tutorials have you been watching? Most of the ones I have seen on CAF are lacking in explanations.

Both were found by using the Search Help field in the top right corner of After Effects.
