Can't deselect property in graph editor

So I've been making some changes in the graph editor and suddenly the y position property is behaving as if it is always selected. Even when I have made sure nothing in the property list is selected the y graph still appears in the editor. If I select any other property I see that property's graph and the y position graph. I can't scale the view to see the other property's values effectively because the y position graph is throwing off the scale. I must have hit some magic keystroke accidentally to turn this "feature" on and I just need to turn it off. Thanks in advance!
