Can't drag comp from After Effects to Premiere if the .aep filename contains the "&" symbol

On my Windows 10 machine... when I try dragging a composition from Affter Effects into Premiere, nothing happens. I did some testing and solved the problem by removing the "&" symbol from the .aep filename.

I've seen other programs having issues with filenames containing the "&" symbol since Windows frequently uses it as a special character (ie. boolean operator) and Premiere hasn't accounted for this.
