Can't export from After Effects

When I try to export my project it only exports a second of only one of the layers. This happens when I export both through the Media Encoder Queue and the Render Queue. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Your work area (the two blue blocks at the top of the timeline) is reduced to one frame.  Probably an accidental keystroke.  Drag the right-hand one back to the full length of the comp.

The default settings for rendering only include the work area. Your work area looks like it is set to about one frame. Fix that and your previews and renders should return to normal. 

 

The B and N keys set the start and end of the Work Area.
