Can't have key frames on a MOGRT file

Greetings!

I am trying to export a a MOGRT file so I can contral an animation's speed in Premiere Pro.  However, I got a warning saying that the key frames will be ignored.  Does that mean I cannot have the animation of this simple endless loop of an image I have made with key frames in Permiere Pro and that the image will be stationary when the MOGRT gets imported in to Premiere Pro?  If so, what will be the fix for this as I would like to have the animation in Premiere Pro.

If needed, I have the project file and the other files used attached to this post for reference.  Thank you in advace for your help.

That warning is a fluke, but it comes up because you are using extruded shapes with the Cinema 4D renderer, which isn't supported with MOGRTs. You may want to read the help. Your logo will need to be pre-rendered and imported as a looping clip.
