Can't highlight hex # in color picker

I just updated to After Effects 23.2 and now when I go into the color picker and try to highlight the hex code it won't highlight. I'm on Ventura OS 13.2.1.

Any ideas on what's causing this?

The same system and AE version have no problems accessing any of the values in the color picker.

I've done the workaround of using the Mac color picker, but even in that I'm not able to cmd-c and cmd-v to copy and paste the hex number. I didn't have these issues until I updated to Ventrua and the latest After Effects.
