Can't Import File in After Effects using Drag & Drop

Hello, I'm having trouble dragging and dropping files from file explorer to after effects. I tried to drag and drop files with the correct format but I can't import them into after effects. I've checked whether after effects is running in run administrator, but after effects is running normally, not in administrator. Now I can only import files using ctrl + i and it's really slowing me down in my work. Please help me.

Podrías asegurarte de que el archivo o los archivos que estés arrastrando estén en modo de color RGB. Podrían estar en CMYK y ya he tenido inconvenientes con este último modo de color que es solo para impresión y no para pantallas.

Hi Yudha,

Thanks for reaching out. What happens when you try to drag and drop files in After Effects? Are there any error messages? What version of Windows are you using? Can you try running After Effects as an administrator (right-click its icon and select Run as administrator)?

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
Nishu
