Can't Launch After Effects CC (2017) - OpenGL Problem

Just recently downloaded After Effects CC 2017 and I can't get it to launch. When trying to run the application, I get the following error message.

"Afters Effects error: After Effects crashed previously attempting to initialize OpenGL. Consult the manufacturer of your graphics card for a compatible OpenGL driver."

My graphics card is an Intel UHG Graphics 620 and Intel said I should contact Adobe about the specifics. However, over the phone, Adobe said that phone support doesn't fit for After Effects and I should go here. I'm at a loss. This worked on my old computer no problem.

Thanks for the help!

Have you updated the driver for the Graphics card recently?

Drivers & Software

Also. This page lists the Intel HD cards that will work with the OpenGL features:
