Can't move keyframes

Question

Im having issues with my After Effects, everytime I try to drag a keyframe to move it on any of my layers it simply will not let me. I've restarted the program and reset my preferences already and it hasn't fixed it.

Screen shots would help in trying to figure out this problem.

A couple of general ideas though.

Make sure the Selection Tool is the active tool when you are trying to drag teh keyframes.
Make sure you aren't holding down any keyboard modifiers like Shift when you try and drag them.
Make sure you are actually trying to drag the keyframes themselves (they should look like little diamonds, or arrows or hourglasses) and not the indicator of keyframes in the property groups (like Tranform, those look like little circles).
