Can't move shape's keyframe along path

Question

I converted this letter into a shape and added a keyframe. I want to move the keyframe up but I can't do it. The shape also doesn't move, how can I fix this?

You have the Anchor Point tool (y) selected. You need the Selection tool (v). That is the only tool that will make selections in the Comp panel or the timeline.

The part of the tutorial that I watched was fair. There are more efficient ways to work with the Graph editor to implement the first of Frank and Ollie Jonhson's "The Illusion of Life, 12 principals of animation," Squash and Stretch. That's a book every visual effects artist who wants to create animated anything should own and read at least twice a year.
