Can't open ae 2024

Hi, 
sorry to interrupt but i have a similar problem. My Ae crash at splash screen after one or two clic or in the post launch.
I mention that in a post but I tried litteraly everything.
By reading the logs, it seems that the problem came from Creative Cloud and it specific to After Effect because Premiere and other program works well.


Here is my config :

CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

GPU RTX 2060

RAM 16 Go

I've branched your comment to a new discussion. Can you try running After Effects in Save Mode with the third-party plug-ins disabled?

Hi Nishu,

Thanks for answering. By lanching AE in safe mode I managed to open it, but at my first action in the software it crashed. 
I linked a copy of the crash report, it seems that the problem came from an/multiple incorrect file location because the main error message is Error:487 Attempt to access an invalid adress. (translated from french)
