Can't open AE v. 23.x06 file on Windows

Even though I'm on the latest version (22.5) I can't seem to be able to open this AE file I was sent. The error reads:

"The file you are attempting to open was created with After Effects version 23.x06 (Apple Arm 64) and cannot be opened with this version"

Anyone has an idea whats going on?

Legend

It means what it says. AE files are noch backwards compatible and the file someoen created in the Beta version will not open on your regular AE. You need to contact the person and request a different file. There is no way to solve this on your end.
