Can't open after effects!!!!

I was working on it, and my preview cant load more than 2sec, so i closed the program.

After that, i cant open it again, ive already uninstalled it, installed older versions, deleted the preferences with shift+alt+ctrl, and still not openning, please help!!!! I need to workkkkk!!!!!!

      Hi matheuss800544,

      Sorry for the issue. It could be an issue with permissions. Just for a test, create a new user in Windows OS, login & try launching AfterEffects.

      I'm having the same issues.  I try to open AE and I get 2 error messages and then the application closes immediately.  The program is unusable.

        With after effects 15 now, is working, but all my projects are in cc18, and it do not opens in cc 15. Any answers for this???

        Would you mention your environment like OS, graphic card, the version of After Effects you have used?

        I'm using windows 10 pro, with geforce gtx 1050ti, and i've tried after the crash, after effects cc 15, 17, 18
