Can't open Aftereffects projects, images and video don't load...

Can't open Aftereffects projects, images and video don't load...
Im on a mac, ventura, M2 pro, 32GB. 

 

When i open an aftereffects prj made on a different mac i get errors: 3::1, 86::1. etc
Thought it was dropbox, but when i copy files to the desktop the same thing happens.
Help please

Please generate a log file and post the contents back to this thread so we can help you further.

 

1. Start AE

2. Go to HELP -> Enable Logging

3. Restart AE

4. Attempt to open the project, once all the errors clear, go to step 5.

5. HELP -> Reveal Log Files

6. Find the After Effects Log.txt file and paste the contents of that file back into the threads.
